For years, LDH Investment has pride itself on developing high-end real estate investment properties for residential and commercial use. Today, LDH has expanded its vision to include its Project Charitable Construction (PCC) program to help raise funds for charitable and non-profit organizations.

With the inception of Project Charitable Construction, LDH Investment has expanded its luxury properties throughout the United States and the Bahamas with the goal of raising much needed funds that impact the lives of our future generations and our children.

Project Charitable Construction (PCC) and Squire Boy's Educational Foundation Inc., have united forces to build a brighter future for some of the less fortunate youth in the United States of America. The goal for the Squires Boy’s Educational Foundation is to assist its youth in obtaining a college degree for free.

The Squires organization is a non-profit charity; its mission is to assist its coaches, administrative staff, and parents who in turn provide needed mentoring, resources, and guidance to its youth. The organization is committed to spiritual and moral growth of boys, creating an environment through the discipline of basketball whereby they can develop into young men who are good citizens, and role models in their family, schools and community.

The Squires believe that a strong academic foundation, good character, respect, hard work, self determination and loyalty are the building blocks for success. We mentor, teach and encourage participants to believe and invest in themselves, to take full advantage of educational opportunities, and be accountable for their actions. On and off the court, they also provide leadership training and enrichment experiences through team play, camps and clinics such as AIDS Awareness.
